Cara Membuat Ayam Goreng Kremes Spesial

Ayam Goreng Kremes merupakan makanan lezat selanjutnya yang akan kita bahas kali ini. Masakan ini banyak tersedia di warung-warung makan, restoran, atau pun tempat kecil di pinggir jalan. Nama kremes berasal dari rasa kriuk-kriuk gurihnya baluran tepung daging ayam tersebut.

Anda sudah penasaran mau mencoba membuat sendiri di rumah? Baiklah yukk kita buat bareng-bareng! Berikut adalah Resep Ayam Goreng Kremes Spesial. Jangan lupa resepnya bagi-bagi sama yang lain ya. hehe. :D

Cara Membuat Ayam Goreng Kremes Spesial

Bahan-bahan yang harus disediakan diantaranya :
  • 1 ayam kampung, (olahi, bersihkan, dan potong-potong)
  • 2 buah bawang putih (haluskan untuk melumuri ayam)
  • 2 buah bawang putih untuk menumis
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 6 buah kemiri, sangrai
  • 2 buah kunyit
  • 3 ptng lengkuas 3cm, memarkan
  • 1 btng serai
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 200 ml air
  • Minyak secukupnya, untuk menggoreng
Cara Membuat Ayam Goreng Kremes Spesial
  1. Ayam yang sudah dipotong-potong dilumuri dengan garam dan bawang putih.
  2. Masukan kedalam lemari es kurang lebih 1 jam, keluarkan diamkan dulu sebentar sambil memasak bumbu lain.
  3. Bahan-bahan seperti kemiri, kunyit, bawang, serai, lengkuas dan daun salam ditumis sampai harum.
  4. Nah, sekarang masukan potongan ayam tadi sambil beri sedikit air.
  5. Ungkep sampai ayam terasa empuk.
  6. Setelah ayam empuk, angkat dan simpan ayam di atas wajan. Tiriskan.
  7. Masukan minyak kedalam wajan, panaskan. Kemudian masukan ayam dan goreng sampai matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
  8. Setelah semua potongan ayam selesai di goreng, angkat dan tiriskan.
  9. Sekarang kita goreng bumbu sisa ungkepan ayam tadi sampai kremes yang renyah.
  10. Kremesan diangkat kemudian tiriskan ketisu sampai minyak hilang.
  11. Sajikan ayam goreng bersama kremesnya.

Giveaway and Recipe: Rachel's Irish Family Food Cookbook






Cupcakes Take the Cake had the pleasure of meeting the lovely and talented Rachel Allen this week and getting her to sign (complete with cupcake doodle!) a copy of her amazing Irish Family Food: 120 Classic Recipes from My Home To Yours cookbook. There are lots of interesting authentic and modern Irish recipes to try, but the one I (Stacie) plan on making for St. Patrick's Day is the scrumptious-sounding and -looking "Irish Coffee Cups."
  







Irish Coffee Cups
9 tablespoons butter, softened
½ cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon coffee extract (essence) (ideally Camp or Irel brand)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2⁄3 cup heavy or whipping cream, softly whipped, to serve
 

For the sauce:
10 tablespoons superfine or granulated sugar
6 tablespoons water
2⁄3 cup heavy or whipping cream
4 tablespoons whiskey (preferably Irish)  

Warm coffee cakes served in teacups with a whiskey sauce and whipped cream, these make a smart and playful dessert, perfect for a dinner party, because both the cakes and sauce can be made ahead of time. The cakes are better if made on the same day, but the sauce can be made up to a couple of days ahead. Reheat the sauce in a saucepan and reheat the cakes in the oven (preheated to 250°F) for 10 minutes or just until warmed through. Serve with Irish coffee.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter the insides of four small ovenproof teacups or four 2½-inch diameter ramekins, if you intend to tip the cakes out of them for serving.
Cream the butter until soft in a large bowl or with an electric stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Add the brown sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Whisk the eggs with the coffee extract in a small bowl for just a few seconds until mixed, then gradually add to the creamed butter mixture, beating all the time. Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in gently to combine.
Divide the mixture among the teacups or ramekins and place these in a deep-sided ovenproof dish or roasting pan. Pour boiling water into the dish so it comes to halfway up the sides of the cups.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the center of each cake is springy to the touch.  

While the cakes are baking, make the sauce. Combine the superfine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar as the mixture heats up. Turn the heat up to high and continue to boil, but without stirring, until the syrup becomes a deep golden caramel color. Cook the sauce just to the point when it starts smoking. (If it’s not cooked enough you won’t get a strong enough caramel flavor, but if overcooked it will taste slightly bitter.) You may need to swirl the pan, rather than stirring the mixture, toward the end of caramelizing to ensure it cooks evenly.

Turn down the heat and immediately stir in the cream and whiskey, taking care as it may bubble and spit; then set aside. You may need to whisk it for a few seconds on a low heat to help the caramel dissolve into the cream and whiskey.
When the cakes are done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Place on saucers or serving plates, or tip them out onto warm plates if you prefer. To serve, pour a tablespoon of the warm whiskey sauce over each, then top that with a spoonful of softly whipped cream.

Resep Puding Pandan Cincau - Setelah lama gak membuat puding, jadi kangen nih pengen buat lagi. Puding adalah makanan yang rasanya seger dan adem. Apalagi disajikan untuk makanan keluarga dan disajikan bersama-sama, hmmm bakal lebih nikmat lagi tuh ya. Ada banyak sekali jenis-jenis makanan puding, setelah beberapa waktu yang lalu kita sudah membuat Puding Roti Tawar isi Pisang dan Puding Strawberry Segar dan Lembut, kali ini kita akan membuat Puding Pandan Cincau.

Resep Puding Pandan Cincau akan menyajikan puding dengan rasa cincau serta aroma pandannya berasa banget. Pokonya bikin keluarga anda ketagihan dehh. Anda sudah penasaran bagaimana cara membuatnya, berikut adalah Resep Puding Pandan Cincau :

Resep Puding Pandan Cincau
Bahan-bahan :

Lapisan 1 dan 3
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar warna hijau
  • 1 lbr daun pandan, disimpulkan
  • 1/2 sendok teh pasta pandan
  • 125gram gula pasir
  • 650 ml air
Lapisan 2
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar warna plain netral
  • 15gr tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air
  • 150gr gula pasir
  • 150gr cincau hitam rasa jeruk, potong dadu kecil-kecil
  • 700ml santan kental
  • l lbr daun pandan, simpulkan
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
Cara Membuat Puding Pandan Cincau
  1. Campurkan bahan lapisan 1 dan 3, aduk-aduk dan rebus sampai mendidih kemudian bagi menjadi dua bagian.
  2. Tuangkan satu bagian agar-agar dalam loyang atau cetakan. Biarkan sampai mengeras tusuk-tusuk bagian atasnya dengan lidi.
  3. Campurkan bahan lapisan 2, agar-agar, santan, gula pasir, daun pandan dan garam, rebus dengan api sedang sampai mendidih. 
  4. Setelah itu, masukan larutan maizena, masak sampai meletup-letup. Kemudian angkat dan aduk-aduk sampai uap panas hilang.
  5. Potongan cincau ditata di atas lapisan 1 yang sudah mengeras, tuangkan lapisan 2 secara perlahan,
    biarkan mengeras pula. Tusuk-tusuk kembali bagian atasnya dengan lidi. Tuangkan lapisan 3, biar sampai semua bagian mengeras.
  6. Keluarkan dari cetakan atau loyang. Sajikan.
*Sebelum disajikan, simpan kedalam kulkas terlebih dahulu selama beberapa jam. Agar puding dingin dan lebih terasa segar dan nikmat ketika disantap.

Not To Be Trifled With, Bee's Knees Cake Cups Are Delicious

Yesterday, Billy Mayer, co-owner of Bee's Knees Baking Co. hosted a baking demo at his kitchen space in Chinatown. He showed meetup member Lauren and me how to make Irish Car Bomb Cake Cups. Billy generously provided us with prosecco to drink while he did the demo.

The cocoa powder of choice for Bee's Knees is Valrhona. Here's the finished product. The cake is a Chocolate Guinness cake. The frosting has 3oz of Bushmills in a cream cheese frosting, and the crumble that is layered in the trifle has Baileys with butter and sugar. Yum! Inland Empire Cupcake Fair This Weekend


Don't forget the Inland Empire Cupcake Fair is taking place this weekend on Sunday, March 17! The Fair will be held at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in Riverside, CA. Cara Membuat Bubur Bayi Bergizi - Bubur bayi memang memang sudah banyak tersedia di pasaran, dari yang harga murah sampai yang harganya cukup mahal. Tentu anda semua menginginkan makanan yang bergizi dan sehat bagi bayi anda. Nah apa salahnya jika anda mencoba membuat bubur bayi sendiri di rumah. Selain lebih ekonomis dan merupakan suatu kepuasan tersendiri, ibu juga akan mengetahui kualitas bubur bayi yang dibuat yang tentunya harus bergizi dan sehat.

Cara membuatnya juga tidak terlalu sulit, bahan-bahannya sangat mudah dicari di pasar. Hmmm, seperti apa ya??? Baiklah anda sudah penasaran bagaimana cara membuatnya, di bawah ini adalah beberapa resep bubur bayi bergizi yang dikutip dari sebuah blog resep keluarga Jatmiko.

1. Bubur Ayam Bayam Merah

Cara Membuat Bubur Bayi Bergizi
Bahan-bahan
  • Beras merah 70 gram 
  • daging ayam 50 gram , potong dadu
  • wortel 50 gram , kupas, potong dadu
  • bayam merah 50 gram , cincang kasar
  • 500 cc kaldu ayam sayuran
  • 2 sendok teh margarin
Cara Membuat
  1. Pertama-tama masukan beras merah dan daging ayam ke kaldu ayam sayuran sampai lunak.
  2. Tambahkan wortel, terus rebus.
  3. Masukan juga bayam, garam, dan margarin, rebus selama 3 menit. Setelah itu angkat.
  4. Masukan kedalam blender, giling sampai halus.
  5. Siapkan wadah, sajikan ketika sudah agak dingin.
2. Bubur Bayi Kentang Brokoli

Bahan-bahan
  • 40 gr daging Ayam, bersihkan buang lemaknya, potong-potong kecil.
  • 25 gr Brokoli, petik sesuai kuntum, potong kecil.
  • 200 gr Kentang, dikupas dan potong kecil.
  • 40 gram Wortel, dikupas dan potong kecil.
  • 100 gr tahu, potong-potong kecil.
  • 120 ml Air.
Cara Membuat
  1. Daging Ayam, Tahu, Kentang, dan Wortel dimasukan kedalam panci.
  2. Masukan air, rebus sampai mendidih selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
  3. Setelah itu, masukan brokoli, masak sampai lunak selama sekitar 10 menit. Angkat.
  4. Masukan kedalam blender dan haluskan.
  5. Tuangkan kedalam wadah, tunggu sampai agak dingin.
  6. Sajikan.
3. Nasi Tim Hati

Bahan-bahan
  • 25gr Hati Ayam, iris kecil.
  • 50gr Labu Kuning, parut.
  • 25gr Tempe.
  • 2 sendok makan beras.
  • 1 iris Tomat matang.
  • 1/4 sendok teh garam Halus.
  • 600 ml air.
  • 1 sendok teh Minyak.
Cara Membuat
  1. Rebus air, masukan beras, hati ayam, serta tempe. Aduk-aduk sampai mengental.
  2. Tambahkan tomat dan labu kuning, masak sambil aduk-aduk sampai matang.
  3. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan minyak. Aduk-aduk hingga semua tercampur rata. Sesudah itu angkat dan biarkan dingin.
  4. Saring dulu kemudian masukan kedalam blender dan haluskan.
  5. Siapkan wadah dan tuangkan.
  6. Sajikan segera.
4. Bubur Bayi Pisang Apel

Bahan-bahan
  • pisang ambon 250 gram, rebus sebentar
  • 100gr apel, dikupas dan potong kecil, rebus sebentar saja
  • 4 sendok makan susu formula I, (seduh dalam 250 cc air rebusan pisang dan apel)
Cara Membuat
  1. Campurkan bahan-bahan di atas kemudian masukan kedalam blender. Haluskan.
  2. Siapkan wadah, tuangkan dan biarkan agak dingin.
  3. Sajikan
Bagaimana, mudah bukan cara membuatnya? Silahkan dicoba saja dirumah, masakan di atas adalah makanan bubur bayi yang bergizi dan jauh lebih sehat dibanding dengan merek-merek bubur instan yang ada di pasar. Nah, demi kesehatan si kecil, apa salahnya anda mencoba sesuatu yang beda.

Cara Membuat Nugget Ikan Lezat dan Gurih

Nugget Ikan mungkin menjadi masakan favorit sebagian orang, mengingat rasanya yang renyah dan gurih, dan selalu bikin lidah bergoyang tak henti-hentinya. Sangat cocok dijiadikan sabian spesial buat keluarga tercinta di rumah. Kriuk.kriuknya yang gurih membuat tak sabar ingin menyantap lagi dan lagi (aduhh jadi lapar beneran nih.. hehe)

Bagi anda yang ingin membuat nugget ikan yang lezat dan gurih sebenarnya sangat mudah kok, mungkin kesulitannya hanya pada penyesuaian rasa dan teksturnya, selebihnya mengenai pengolahan bahan, itu sangat mudah sekali untuk dititu. Namun apabila anda terus mencoba pasti rasanya bakal sesuai dengan apa yang anda inginkan.

Cara Membuat Nugget Ikan Lezat dan Gurih

Nah berikut ini adalah tutorial Resep Nugget Ikan Lezat dan Gurih. Anda penasaran kan bagaimana sih cara membuatnya, okey mari langsung cekidot saja. :D

Bahan-baha
  • 1 ons tepung terigu protein sedang
  • Tepung panir atau tepung roti secukupnya
  • 3 btr telur, kocok
  • 4 ons dari fillet ikan kakap, ikan tenggiri atau lainnya
  • 2 btng wortel, parut kasar
  • 3 buah bawang merah, haluskan
  • 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam halus
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat Nugget Ikan
  1. Fillet ikan digiling sampai halus, campur dengan bahan-bahan di atas kecuali minyak goreng. Aduk-aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur.
  2. Siapkan loyang yang tidak terlalu tebal, olesi dengan minyak agar tidak lengket.
  3. Masukan adonan nugget kedalam loyang. Ratakan, kemudian kukus sampai matang dan adonan tidak terlihat pucat.
  4. Sesudah matang, simpan di tempat dingin kemudian potong-potong sesuai selera.
  5. Celupkan potongan nugget pada telur yang sudah di kocok, setelah itu gulingkan di atas tepung roti hingga rata, dan celupkan sbentar ke telur kocok dan gulingkan lagi di atas tepung roti.
  6. Masukan kedalam minyak goreng yang sudah panas, goreng sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
  7. Angkat dan hidangkan.
Tips Sukses Membuat Nugget Ikan Lezat
  1. Pakailah loyang yang agak tipis agar nugget yang sudah dikukus mudah di potong dan cepat matang saat digoreng.
  2. Ketika memotong nugget, gunakan pisau yang sudah diberikan minyak terlebih dahulu agar tidak lengket.
  3. Pada saat dibalut atau digulingkan ke tepung, tekan-tekan nugget agar melekat dengan baik dan tidak terhambur saat digoreng.
  4. Goreng dengan api kecil agar tidak mudah gosong.
Bagaimana, mudah bukan? Silahkan coba dulu dehh di rumah. Rasakan sensasi nikmatnya. :D

Mickey Mouse Cake and Cookie Favors


I have a feeling that I have posted this cake before, for some reason I can't find the post,
so excuse me if this is a repeat.

Any way, I made this Two tier Mickey Mouse cake for a little boy's party, I have been making cakes and cookies for his mom way before this little boy was born.

 I used my Mickey/Minnie cookie cutter for the small topper and the sides of the bottom cake.
 My clay gun was really handy and I used it to form the name and number.



I also made cookie favors for boys and girls.



This is such a popular party theme for children, I definitely never get tired of it.
